John F. Budd Jr.

John F. Budd Jr. is a director of NACD’s New York chapter and a member of NACD’s national advisory board. Author of 11 non-fiction books on business issues and just published, Curmudgeonly Speaking. He writes frequently on governance issues, is editor of a bimonthly newsletter dealing with issue management. He has served on 22 nonprofit boards and is founder/chairman of the Omega Group, a small, private think tank.
