Robert Messineo, a member of the Firm’s Public Company Advisory Group, practices primarily in the areas of corporate governance and securities law compliance, mergers and acquisitions and restructuring. He has over 20 years experience counseling a wide variety of enterprises on governance issues. He has also represented major international enterprises on transactional matters. He also has extensive experience in restructuring financially troubled companies. GM, GE, Magellan Health Services and The Children’s Place are among clients he has represented. He regularly writes and participates in professional education programs on his practice areas.
